Great and lovely hotel in the European style. Reasonably large room with big beds, central heating, a private safe, and LCD TV. The staff were very amiable and accommodating and assisted with private parking. A lot of good options for meal. Very pleasant stay, as always.

Location is good, walking distance from the castle, room was clean, confortable enough, and our dog was accepted without any problem.

The hotel’s location was perfect for our city trip. It was situated close to a beautiful Renaissance square and easy to reach from the train station. We loved the free and secure parking, which was a huge relief. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was surprisingly spacious and clean.

The breakfast was adequate, but nothing to write home about. Also, the bed wasn't very comfortable and looked a bit worn-out. Nevertheless, this didn't detract from our overall experience, and we would certainly consider staying here again on our next trip to this charming town.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered some more family-friendly amenities, such as a small play area or games room for the kids.

A short walk away was an impressive Renaissance Piazza, where we enjoyed some lovely meals. The staff was welcoming, and the free, secure parking was a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping.

The hotel was located on a one-way street and could be a bit tricky to locate. Due to the hotel's central location, some street noise was noticeable at night.

The location of this hotel is great, with everything within a walking distance, such as shops and Piazza Ducale. the breakfast may not be too special but there are restaurants nearby, so you will be very well located.

Sadly, the staff was not very accommodating and could not provide a requested solution or compensation and one of them has difficult to communicate in English.
